The idea of this CD came from the Head of administration and service. "Why not make a Christmas charity album with all your choirs?" The musicians in Eskilstuna congregation thought it was a good idea. For years we've had Christmas singalong in Kloster's church where the collected benefit has gone to charity. So why not make a Christmas CD too? A committee was appointed to consider the contents of the CD. We agreed after some thinking that all adult choirs would participate and that each one would also get to do atrack either alone or together with some others. We also wanted all the choirs sing together on some tracks. The organ must sound. Soloists must sing. All to show the musical breadth of our Assembly. So it became. With pride we can say that the disc offers a large spectre: From the organ solo to big choir. Traditional and new. The various choirs with slightly different approach has been presented from their best sides. The musician stands out with its very own choir reinforced on the male side with good extra singers. arr: David Willcocks: Dagen är kommen Listen to all nosag CDs on the air:
