On this his third CD Bengt Wikström presents more music from the Romantic and virtuoso period of the 1800:s and also some transciptions of Baroque pieces by Bach and Handel. We meet the great masters of the great times of the guitar - Sor, Tarrega, Albeniz (both Isaac and Mateo), Mertz, Sainz de la Maza, Iradier and Granados.

Ever since the debut in 1974 Bengt Wikström has toured and played in Scandinavia, Great Britain, Germany, and Austria performing more than 700 solo recitals. Wikström has appeared on radio and TV-shows and released several recordings. Apart from his concert activities Bengt has written articles for guitar magazines.
