The wellknown couple SÖNSTEVOLD, bassoonist Knut and his wife pianist Kina, presents a boquet of live concert recordings from a long carrier of playing together - from Sweden in 1990 to Oslo in 2012, with music by Swedes Bernhard Crusell and contemporary composer Jan W Morthenson, Paul Hindemith, Karlheinz Stockhausen and also a great Sonata by Knut's father, Norwegian Gunnar Sönstevold, all displaying the tight musicianship of the couple, great precision and tremendous instrumental sound! |
